Privacy policy
This policy describes, in general terms, how information may be handled when someone visits I3E 2023. It does not claim compliance with a specific statute and it does not register an operator. The site is informational reading material and does not request gambling accounts.
General terms
By using the site, a visitor accepts this description. If they do not agree, they may leave the pages. Processing is limited to what is needed to display the content and to remember a notice preference.
What data may be processed
This project does not ask for a name, email, telephone number or identity documents. There are no registration or contact forms. The only data that may exist are those the browser sends when loading static files, plus a preference stored on the device if the notice is accepted.
Technical data
The server or hosting environment may routinely log IP address, browser type, language, requested pages and access time. Those logs, if they exist, support operation and protection of the site. They are not used here to build commercial profiles.
Cookies and local preference
The notice on the site explains that a local preference about that same notice may be stored. If you choose Accept, a key is saved in the browser’s localStorage so the notice can stay closed. This project does not set advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies from its own code. A visitor can delete that preference with the browser tools.
Purposes of processing
- Display the static content of the site.
- Remember whether the cookie notice has already been accepted.
- Allow basic navigation between the home page and these technical pages.
Legal bases
In general terms, technical processing may rest on the interest of keeping the site working and, when a preference is stored, on the voluntary action of the person who accepts the notice. No specific legal regime or registered controller is invoked here.
Third-party services
The code of this project does not embed advertising pixels or social widgets. The pages load the Plus Jakarta Sans and Playfair Display typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). That request may allow Google to process technical data under its own policy, which is independent of I3E 2023. If a visitor opens the site through a hosting provider, content network or browser, those parties may also process data under their own rules.
Retention and protection
The notice preference remains on the device until it is deleted. Technical logs, if hosting creates them, follow the period that environment applies. Protection relies on ordinary static-site practice: collect no more than needed and do not publish credentials in the code.
Rights of the visitor
Depending on place of residence, rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection or restriction may exist. Because this site does not keep an identifiable visitor file, practical exercise usually means deleting browser data or stopping use of the pages. If an applicable rule offers further routes, those may be used through the interface channels available.
Age limit
The home page refers to gambling products. It is intended for adults. Age is not collected in a form, but minors are not expected to use the promotional reading material.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the way the site works changes. The current version is the one published on this page. The editorial reference year is 2026.
